The Word

The psalm offers comfort to those who suffer: God sees every injustice and will not abandon His people. In the Gospel, Jesus praises the Father for revealing the mysteries of the Kingdom to the childlike—those who approach God with trust, humility, and openness.
Reflection
Pride tells us that we are in control and that our accomplishments belong to us alone. Faith reminds us that every gift, opportunity, and strength has its source in God.
